Black Family Hospitality's mixed-use development at 1220 Rosa L. Parks Blvd, Germantown, Nashville, has been approved. The 10,000 sq ft project includes Terry Black’s Barbecue and Opal’s Oysters.

Features include a shared kitchen, outdoor courtyard, bar, stage, beer garden, and rooftop patio for Opal’s Oysters. Completion is set for September 30, 2026.

This project aims to enhance Germantown with new dining and social spaces. No architect is noted.
