Albion Music Row Tower One, a 458-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 1503 McGavock Street in Nashville's Music Row. Designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, it spans 580,000 sq ft over 29 floors. Developer Albion Residential plans a 350-foot tower with 270 parking spaces.
Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, resident lounge, co-working spaces, music room, recording studio, urban park with performance stage, great lawn, and rooftop deck. Completion is slated for October 1, 2026.
The project aims for LEED Silver certification, highlighting its sustainable design.
