Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami, a 360-unit development, is under construction at 300 Biscayne Blvd, Downtown Miami. The 100-floor tower will reach 1049 feet. Developed by PMG with Greybrook Realty Partners, S2 Development, and Mohari Hospitality, architecture is by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects.
Features include 205 hotel rooms, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a spa, fitness center, signature restaurant, Peacock Alley lounge, meeting rooms, private bar, kids club, and 24-hour valet. Completion is expected by 2028.
Located in Downtown Miami, the site offers a vibrant urban setting.
