Waldorf Astoria Miami: 100-Story Tower Rising

Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences, a 387-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. The 100-story development spans 1,738,999 square feet, with Property Markets Group as the developer and Sieger Suarez Architects leading the design.

At 1,049 feet, it will be a prominent feature of the Miami skyline, including 205 hotel rooms. Amenities encompass a resort-style pool deck, wellness spa, fitness center, and exclusive lobby and lounge. Completion is slated for January 31, 2028.

Residents and guests will enjoy Peacock Alley, a signature restaurant, an all-day brasserie, meeting rooms, a billiard room, kids club, elevated pool deck, and private bar and wine tasting room, enhancing the luxury experience.
