Standing 1,049 feet, it includes 205 hotel rooms. Amenities: Peacock Alley lounge, specialty restaurant, resort-style pool with cabanas, wellness spa, fitness center, private owners-only lobby, hospitality suite, billiard room, kid's club, and elevated pool deck. Completion is slated for January 31, 2028.
