Upland Park, a 2000-unit mixed-use development by Terra, is under construction near NW 14th St and NW 118th Pl in West Miami-Dade. PPK Architects leads the design, with master planning by Arquitectonica.
Features include 126 hotel rooms and 800 parking spaces, integrating residential and hospitality elements. The first phase, 578 apartments, is slated for completion in 2026.
Strategically located near the Dolphin Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal, it offers potential ease of access for residents and visitors.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the whole project would be complete by December 31, 2026, and that no affordable housing is planned. Only the 578-unit first phase was slated for 2026, and Terra says the project will provide workforce housing.
