Upland Park, a 2000-unit mixed-use development, is under construction near NW 14th St and NW 118th Pl in West Miami-Dade. Developed by Terra with architecture by PPK Architects, master planning by Arquitectonica, and urban planning by Plusurbia Design, it includes 126 hotel rooms.
Features include 800 parking spaces for residents and visitors. The first phase, 578 apartments, is slated for delivery in 2026, with the rest delivered in later phases.
Located near the Dolphin Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal, the site offers public transit access, enhancing connectivity for residents and guests.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the whole project would be complete by December 31, 2026. Only the first phase, 578 apartments, was slated for 2026. A line saying no affordable housing was planned has been removed.
