Twenty Nine Indian Creek Under Construction in Miami Beach

Twenty Nine Indian Creek, a 22-unit, 7-story condominium totaling 24,842 square feet, is under construction at 2901 Indian Creek Drive in Miami Beach, near the Faena District corridor. Trinity Southern is developing, with Urban Robot Associates handling architecture, interiors, and landscape design.

Construction began in November 2025, with completion expected March 31, 2027. Trinity Southern bought the 15,000-square-foot site for $8 million from JMH Development and secured a $19.5 million construction loan from S3 Capital. Units range from 820 to over 1,750 square feet, priced from $1.4 million to over $3 million.

The project restores a 1930s Art Deco building hidden from public view for nearly 60 years, converting it into two townhomes.
