Amenities include a 40,000 sq ft rooftop wellness oasis with a pool, hot and cold plunges, cabanas, a 13,000 sq ft wellness center, communal bathhouse, and crystal cave relaxation lounge. Additional features are a pickleball court, coworking space, and health services like IV therapy and health coaching. The building offers 382 parking spaces and targets completion by December 31, 2028.
The project aims for a Florida Green Building Design Silver certification, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency.
