THE WELL Coconut Grove, a 194-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 2835 Tigertail Avenue in Coconut Grove, Miami. The development spans eight floors and 361,000 square feet, led by Terra and AB Asset Management with architecture by Arquitectonica.
Amenities include a 40,000 sq ft rooftop wellness oasis with a pool, hot and cold plunges, cabanas, a 13,000 sq ft wellness center, communal bathhouse, and crystal cave relaxation lounge. Additional features are a pickleball court, coworking space, and health services like IV therapy and health coaching. The building offers 382 parking spaces and targets completion by December 31, 2028.
The project aims for a Florida Green Building Design Silver certification, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency.
