Its towers stand up to 350 feet tall, and it includes 5046 parking spaces. Amenities feature coworking spaces, a community center, fitness center, pools, and a charter school. Completion is slated for June 30, 2028.
It offers 1613 affordable units and services like an urgent care clinic, art gallery, pet care, social kitchen, restaurant, café, and EV charging stations.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story described HueHub as a single 35-floor tower spanning 509,447 sq ft. The project is seven 35-story towers, and no source gives that square footage.
