Cloud One Hotel & Residences, an eight-story mixed-use project, is planned for Wynwood, Miami. The development, led by Whale & Star Wynwood Owner LLC, a venture of Motel One Group, BÜSCHL Group and ALP.X Group, includes 85 residential units and 214 hotel rooms. Completion is targeted for 2027, enhancing Wynwood's skyline.
Design elements and amenities are yet undisclosed.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the building is 12 stories, named Rilea Group as the developer and gave a December 31, 2026 completion. It is eight stories, the developer is Whale & Star Wynwood Owner LLC, led by Motel One Group, and completion is set for 2027.
