Serenity Gardens, a 153-unit, 8-story senior affordable housing project, is under construction at 18330 NW 12th Ave in Miami Gardens. Developers are SG Holdings, New Urban Development, and ANF, with Modis Architects designing. The project, first tracked here, has moved from proposed to active construction.
All 153 units are affordable and age-restricted for seniors—a fully affordable community, not mixed-income.
Amenities include a multipurpose room, fitness center, pool, and leasing office, plus a stormwater retention pond.
Completion is expected by December 31, 2028.
