Riverside Wharf Development Progresses in Miami

Riverside Wharf, a 200,000 sq ft mixed-use development with 167 hotel rooms and 9 floors, is under construction at 114 SW North River Drive, Miami. Developed by MV Real Estate Holdings, Driftwood Capital, and Merrimac Ventures, the project involves CUBE 3 Architects for design and Gensler Architects for construction documents.

Features include a rooftop pool and day club, a 30,000 sq ft nightclub, and 16,000 sq ft of restaurant space. Additional elements are a 12,000 sq ft event hall, an expanded riverwalk, and a deep-water yacht marina. Public infrastructure upgrades like a seawall and climate resilience measures are also included. Completion is slated for October 31, 2028.
