Related-Dezer-BH Sunny Isles' 62-story, 145-unit tower has been approved at 19051 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach. The 524,212 sq ft development, designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates, includes 298 parking spaces.
Amenities feature a padel court, pool deck, water features, sculpture garden, lap pool, outdoor spa, cabanas, and direct beach access. The tower will rise to 820 feet, with completion expected by December 31, 2031.
Positioned in Sunny Isles Beach, the tower offers luxury amenities and beach access, enhancing the local skyline.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the tower includes 40 hotel rooms. The approved plan is a condominium with 145 residences and no hotel rooms.
