Parkside Residences at Brickell, a 187-unit building, is under construction at 1741 SW 2nd Avenue, Miami. Developed by BI Group USA with architecture by Kobi Karp, this mixed-use project rises 8 floors.

Amenities include a rooftop pool deck, BBQ kitchen, bar, zen garden, Technogym fitness center, cycling studio, yoga spaces, and a spa circuit. Completion is set for June 30, 2028.

Additional features: coworking lounge, private conference room, 24-hour concierge, EV charging, secure package room, and in-unit washers and dryers.

Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story named Lore Development Group as the developer and gave the building a height of 750 feet, 442,000 square feet and 500 parking spaces. BI Group USA is the developer of the eight-story building, and no source gives its height, area or parking count.
