Palm Tree Residences Miami, a 483-unit mixed-use building, proposed for 31 NW 10th St in Overtown. Rising 37 floors, it includes residential and commercial spaces. Developed by PMG, Lion Development Group, Sterling Equities, and Eden Residential with architecture by Kobi Karp.

Amenities: Palm Tree Club dining and nightlife, rooftop Beach Club with infinity pool, garden-terrace bar, private lounge, outdoor padel court, golf simulator, and Technogym fitness center with climbing wall. Additional features: movement studio, thermal circuit, treatment rooms, juice bar, and 24-hour concierge and security.

Completion expected by end of 2029. Units offer private balconies and furnished interiors. Valet parking available.
