Oasis Hallandale, a 500-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Hallandale Beach. The 25-floor, 275-foot project is developed by Giuseppe Iadisernia and designed by Arquitectonica.

Amenities include 1481 parking spaces, indoor and outdoor movie theaters, a fitness center, 2 swimming pools, poolside cabanas, a hot tub spa, a cold plunge pool, children's play areas, barbecue and fire pit areas, and a business center. Residents will also have access to a lounge bar, golf simulator, yoga lawn, and pet park. Completion is set for December 31, 2027.

Additional features are a 24-hour lobby attendant and electric car charging stations, emphasizing lifestyle and convenience.
