NoBe PARC Miami Beach, a 232-unit mixed-use development, is proposed for 7140 Abbott Avenue, Miami Beach. The 15-story project by 6940 North Beach Property, LLC, with Arquitectonica as the architect, includes a resort-style pool, sauna, steam room, treatment room, and cold plunge. Amenities feature a fitness center, co-working space, club room, outdoor kitchens, children's playroom, social/gaming lawn, and rooftop deck with yoga, cabanas, and sunset lounge.

Completion is expected by December 31, 2028. Additional features include a 24-hour attended lobby, valet parking, storage, package rooms, and a beach club.
