Miami Freedom Park, a mixed-use development, is under construction at 1400 NW 37th Ave, Miami, on the former Melreese Golf Course. Developed by Miami Freedom Park LLC, co-owned by Jorge Mas, Jose Mas, David Beckham, and Ares Management, with designs by MANICA Architecture and Arquitectonica.

Features include a 25,000-seat stadium, 58-acre Jorge Mas Canosa Park, youth athletic fields, civic plazas, retail, restaurants, entertainment venues, and a 750-room hotel. Announced tenants include PopStroke, Toroverde, and Fever. Completion is targeted for April 4, 2026.

The site will also offer office spaces, enhancing its role as a community hub, blending leisure, business, and sports facilities.
