JEM Residences Rising in Miami

JEM Private Residences, a 789-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 1016 NE Second Ave, Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica, it will rise 67 floors to 700 feet, developed by Naftali Group.

Amenities include a 60-foot pool, fitness center, spa suite, steam room, boxing arena, yoga patio, and spirits tasting room. The building offers 591 parking spaces, with completion expected by late 2027.

Additional features are co-working spaces, private dining, a game lounge, and a 24-hour attended lobby. Wraparound terraces and lounge areas enhance the living experience.
