MCR proposes 1000 hotel rooms in two 500-room towers at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon, 5101 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami. The 14-floor, 164 ft. towers are developed by MCR with Behar Font & Partners as architects.
Features include a 419-space garage, two 297-space garages, sixth-floor pool decks, and amenity areas overlooking Blue Lagoon.

Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said Hilton proposed one 1000-room mixed-use building with 1361 parking spaces. The hotel's owner, MCR, proposes two 500-room hotel towers with new garages of 419, 297 and 297 spaces.
