Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, a 244-unit mixed-use development, is proposed for 119 NW 29th St in Wynwood, Miami. Developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) and LNDMRK Development, with architecture by Carlos Ott and CUBE3.
Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor bar, social lounge, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, treatment rooms, fitness studio, and wellness center with concierge medical care by Baker Health. Select units offer deeded office suites and private balconies. A speakeasy-style lobby bar is also planned.
Completion is targeted for December 31, 2029, adding significant residential space to Wynwood, enhancing its urban appeal.
