Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, a 244-unit mixed-use project, is proposed for 119 NW 29th Street in Miami's Wynwood district. Led by Property Markets Group (PMG) and LNDMRK Development, the architecture is by Carlos Ott (Conceptual Design) and CUBE3 Architecture (Architect of Record).

Amenities include a resort-style pool, shaded lounges, outdoor bar, fitness studio, thermal wellness circuit with steam room, cold plunge, sauna, treatment rooms, and spa. Additional features are curated art spaces, a speakeasy-style lobby bar, and concierge medical care via Baker Health.
