Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences, a 244-unit development, proposed at 119 NW 29th St in Miami's Wynwood. The project spans 198,185 sq ft in two towers of 8 and 14 floors, with mixed-use elements. Developers PMG and LNDMRK, with architects Carlos Ott and CUBE3, lead the project.
Features include 202 parking spaces, a resort-style pool, shaded lounges, and a fitness studio. Amenities also offer a thermal circuit, steam room, sauna, cold plunge, outdoor bar, and social lounge. Completion is set for December 31, 2029.
Additional offerings include a speakeasy lobby bar, Baker Health concierge care, and deeded office suites. Select units have private balconies.
