Dulce Vida Apartments Rising in Miami

Dulce Vida Apartments, a 227-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 1785 NW 35th Street, Miami. The project spans 310,664 square feet over 8 floors, developed by Coral Rock Development Group and designed by Behar Font & Partners.

The building will rise 80 feet and offer 387 parking spaces. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, yoga room, community room, business center with cybercafe, children's playground, dog park, pet spa, barbecue area, and EV charging stations. Completion is slated for June 30, 2028.

Dulce Vida Apartments will feature smart access control systems. Every unit is income-restricted, for households earning up to 60, 100 or 120 percent of area median income. Its amenities and location aim to attract diverse residents.

Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story named the Rubell Family as the developer and said the building had no affordable units. Coral Rock Development Group is the developer, and every unit is income-restricted.
