Delano Residences & Hotel Miami, a 421-unit mixed-use tower, is proposed for 400 Biscayne Blvd in Downtown Miami. The 90-floor, 985-foot building by Property Markets Group (PMG) features architecture by CUBE3 and concept design by Carlos Ott.

Amenities include an observation deck at 850 feet, a sky pool at 800 feet, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, Café Delano, a sky restaurant, Rose Bar, and The Source by Delano spa. Residents access a members' club, meeting rooms, and in-residence services.

Completion is slated for December 2031. The building offers valet parking, a porte-cochere, and 24-hour security, combining residential and hotel spaces for a comprehensive living experience in Miami's downtown.
