Cruise Terminal G, a mixed-use project, is under construction at 1103 N. Cruise Blvd, PortMiami. Spearheaded by Royal Caribbean Group with Miami-Dade County and PortMiami, architecture is by Perez & Perez Architects & Planners.

Features include a multi-level garage with 2,100 spaces and a ground-level intermodal hub. Completion is slated for December 31, 2027, enhancing PortMiami's capacity and efficiency.

Designed for sustainability, the project seeks LEED certification, aligning with broader eco-friendly infrastructure efforts.
