Continuum Waterfront District Rises in North Bay Village

The first phase of Continuum Waterfront District, a mixed-use development approved for up to 547 units at 1755 & 1819/1855 JFK Causeway, North Bay Village, Miami, is under construction. That phase, Continuum Club & Residences West, is a 36-story, 236-unit tower at 1755 JFK Causeway. The district is developed by Continuum Company and Aksoy Holdings with Arquitectonica as the architect.

Phase one is expected to finish in 2028, and the second phase is targeted for 2030. The project includes residential units, a 96-room boutique hotel, marina access, a waterfront restaurant, and Island Walk promenade. Amenities feature a wellness center, poolside facilities, and retail spaces, complemented by civic plazas and green spaces.

Additional offerings include a private yacht club, beach club access, and a rooftop pool at the hotel. With over 60,000 sq ft of amenities, Continuum Waterfront District aims for a comprehensive living and leisure experience.

Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the full 547-unit district was under construction and gave it 2.31 million sq ft across 30 floors. Only the first phase, a 36-story, 236-unit tower, is under construction, and 547 is the most units the approvals allow.
