Cassi Tower 91 Rises in Miami Midtown

Cassi (Tower 91), a 107-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 91-93 Northeast 36th Street in Miami's Midtown. Developed by Miami Design District Associates with Hunter Pasteur and The Forbes Co., and designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects with Cube3 as architect of record, it rises 20 floors.

The project includes about 23,000 sq ft of retail and 227 parking spaces. Rising 252 feet, completion is set for late 2027. Amenities feature a pool, sundeck, garden, fitness center, yoga room, and sauna.

Additional facilities include a chef’s catering kitchen, private dining club, lounges, library, coworking offices, children’s playroom, and 24-hour concierge service.
