Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia Completed at 1400 Biscayne

Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia is complete at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard, across from the Adrienne Arsht Center. The 56-story, 650-foot tower holds 319 residences, including 10 penthouses, and ranks among Miami's tallest residential addresses. ALTA Developers developed the project, with architecture by Arquitectonica. Records show a June 30, 2026 completion, moved up from October 1.

The project is B&B Italia's first residential development. Interiors are by Piero Lissoni of Lissoni New York, with landscape design by Enzo Enea. Construction began in November 2023 and the tower topped off July 9, 2025. A $240 million construction loan from Cain International has been repaid. A Related affiliate bought the site for $57.7 million in 2014.

Amenities include a 56th-floor Sky Pool Terrace with observatory and telescope, a 12th-floor pool deck with a 78-foot lap pool, Italian-inspired gardens, and a poolside Mediterranean café. The building also offers a 360 Wellness Center overlooking Biscayne Bay, spa, cinema, business center, work-from-home lounge, game room, children's playroom, pet spa, cigar lounge, golf simulator, wine room, and private elevators with biometric access. Short-term rentals are not permitted.

Projected sellout is $580 million, roughly $1.8 million per residence. More than 90% of units are under contract, with over 200 closings completed. Buyers are about 60% South American and 40% domestic. The tower sits near PAMM, the Frost Science Museum, and Kaseya Center.
