Caribbean Isles Phase 2, a 142-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 19755 S.W. 110th Court, Miami. Pinnacle broke ground in January. Designed by Behar Font & Partners, it will rise 8 floors. Developers are Pinnacle Housing and South Miami Heights Community Development Corp.
The project includes a 256-space parking garage. Amenities include a fitness center, club room, computer lab, and outdoor areas. Completion is slated for late 2027.
All units are designated as affordable senior housing, addressing local needs for accessible senior living.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the project had just been approved, gave its height as 950 feet and listed 362 parking spaces. Pinnacle broke ground in January 2026, the building has eight floors, and its garage has 256 spaces.
