Brisas del Sol, a 146-unit mixed-use project, is complete at 455 SW 16 Ave & 154 SW 17 Ave, Miami, in Little Havana. Developed by Related Urban Development Group, it offers affordable housing options.

Amenities include a fitness center, multipurpose room, work nook, mail/package room, two elevators, key fob access, pet-friendly spaces, on-site laundry, and access-controlled entry. Pedestrian-friendly walkways enhance accessibility.

All 146 units are designated as affordable housing, addressing local needs. Completion was ahead of the March 2026 schedule.
