Amenities include a private restaurant, cinema, spa, fitness center, whiskey bar, cigar lounge, and glass car lift observatory. Each unit features private heated pools on terraces. Completion is slated for December 31, 2028.
Additional features: landscaped beach club with cabanas, oversized balconies, resort-style heated pool, and oceanfront pool deck. The project is FLGC-certified for sustainability.
