Atlantic Square, a 616-unit mixed-use tower, is complete at 777 NW 2nd Ave in Overtown, Miami. The 36-story building, developed by Atlantic Pacific Companies and designed by Corwil Architects, stands 391 ft tall, offering residential and commercial spaces.
Features include 605 parking spaces, a recreation deck with two pools, a dog park, fitness facilities, outdoor areas, coworking spaces, and resident lounges. An interior courtyard and public art installation enhance the amenities. Full operation is slated for June 3, 2026.
Atlantic Square prioritizes affordable housing with 360 affordable units. Its location provides easy access to various Miami areas, catering to urban living needs.
