The Grand Hyatt Miami Beach Convention Center Hotel, an 800-room, 17-story development, is under construction at 17th Street & Convention Center Drive. Spanning 996,130 square feet, it's developed by Terra and designed by Arquitectonica.
Features include a resort-style pool deck, fitness center, spa, skybridge to the convention center, five dining outlets, a lobby lounge, a Grand Hyatt club lounge, and limited street-level retail. The project includes 320 parking spaces and aims for completion by 2027.
Outdoor event spaces offer versatile options for gatherings. Its prime location is expected to attract diverse visitors.
