At 75 floors, the tower would rank among Brickell's taller buildings, along one of Miami's primary corridors for high-density residential and mixed-use development.
The project remains in the proposed stage and must clear site plan review and city approvals before construction. Further filings with the City of Miami should clarify parking, amenity space, and ground-floor uses.
The site sits in the Brickell financial district, walking distance from Metrorail and Metromover stations, with Metrobus service along Brickell Avenue and direct access to Biscayne Boulevard and I-95.
