Villa Miami, a 70-unit residential tower, is under construction at 710 NE 29th Street, Miami. The 56-floor, 358,944 sq ft development by Terra, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group, designed by ODP Architecture & Design, will reach 650 feet and complete by 2027.

Amenities include The Copper Club, a three-level private suite with dining, lounges, and wellness facilities. Additional features: rooftop helipad, waterfront restaurant, Lake Como-inspired floating pool, private dock, estate management, and pool deck with lounges and daybeds.
