619 Brickell by Nobu, a 321-unit mixed-use tower, has been approved for 619 Brickell Avenue in Brickell. The 75-story project will rise approximately 886 feet and total 1,274,492 square feet, among the tallest in the neighborhood. 13th Floor Investments is developing, with architecture by Foster + Partners. It marks Nobu Hospitality's first Miami residential project and Foster + Partners' first Miami residential commission.

The City of Miami Urban Development Review Board approved the project July 15, 2026. The approval is a recommendation; final authority rests with the city's planning and zoning director. UDRB plans show 321 units, up from 296 previously advertised, ranging from studios to five-bedroom homes including Sky Villas and penthouses. The tower includes 121 hotel rooms, 894 parking spaces, and 1,303 bicycle spaces.

The 1.97-acre waterfront site is bounded by Brickell Avenue, 701 Brickell Avenue, Biscayne Bay, and Mary Brickell Park. Under a $240 million agreement, First Miami Presbyterian Church is selling its parking and school parcels while retaining its historic 1949 sanctuary. The project includes approximately 95,583 gross square feet of religious facilities for the church. A Miami court ordered a new historic preservation hearing in August 2026, reopening the proceeding without rejecting the tower.

Amenities span approximately 90,000 square feet indoors and out, backed by a $25 million longevity and biohacking investment: a bayfront pool deck, multiple pools, the Nobu Wellness & Longevity Spa, cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric oxygen suites, an IV and peptide therapy lounge, a Himalayan salt room, a hammam, padel courts, and a poolside Nobu Café. A ground-floor Nobu restaurant, Nobu Bar, butler and chauffeur service, and a public baywalk are also planned. The project is Well Building Certified.

Sales launched in June 2026 with over $1 billion in reservations; pricing runs from $3 million to more than $60 million. Construction is scheduled to start March 31, 2027, with completion expected December 31, 2030.
