3350 Biscayne Boulevard, a 499-unit mixed-use high-rise, is approved for 3350 Biscayne Blvd & 234-264 NE 34th St in Edgewater, Miami. Developed by Tulip Developments Group LLC with architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, it will rise 524 feet with 47 floors and 620 parking spaces.
Features include amenity areas on the 9th and 45th floors, ground-floor retail, and a restaurant on the 45th floor. The pedestrian-oriented ground floor aims to enhance community engagement.
The project includes 200 affordable housing units, addressing Miami's housing needs. Retail and dining options will complement the pedestrian-friendly design, adding vibrancy to Edgewater.
