Trademark Closes on Oak Lawn Site for 362-Unit Project
Trademark Property Co. has closed on a three-acre Oak Lawn site at 3900 Lemmon Ave. for a 362-unit, seven-story mixed-use project designed by GFF.

Trademark Property Co. has closed on a three-acre site at 3900 Lemmon Avenue in Oak Lawn, where it plans a 362-unit, seven-story mixed-use project on the corner of Lemmon Avenue and Reagan Street. GFF is the architect.
The land sold Oct. 13 to a joint venture that includes Trademark. Dallas City Council rezoned the block in 2024 for multifamily and retail. The site was previously owned by H-E-B.
The unit count has been revised several times, from 414 to 406 and now 362. A July 2024 TDLR filing lists a $100 million construction cost at the 406-unit scope. A newer FAA filing plans a tower crane on the site from Nov. 23, 2026 to Nov. 22, 2027.
Plans call for a ground-floor restaurant, pocket parks and an amenity terrace, with resort-style amenities.
