Crow Holdings Refinances Old Parkland East with Seven-Year Loan
Crow Holdings refinanced the 289,113-square-foot Old Parkland East Campus at 3819 Maple Avenue in Dallas with a seven-year loan arranged by JLL.

Crow Holdings has refinanced Old Parkland East Campus, a 289,113-square-foot office development at 3819 Maple Avenue in Dallas, with a seven-year loan from capital accounts advised by KKR. JLL arranged the financing. The campus was completed in 2024.
The three Neoclassical buildings are Providence Hall (five stories, 50,000 square feet), Resolute Tower (eight stories, 176,000 square feet) and Endeavor Hall (six stories, 60,000 square feet). Construction began in 2022. Craig Hamilton and The Beck Group designed the project.
Amenities include The Orangery restaurant and a tempietto atop Resolute Tower, plus the Old Parkland Athletic Club, locker rooms, a massage room, a barbershop, an outdoor fireplace, fourth-floor terraces and fine art and sculpture.
JLL's Capital Markets Debt Advisory team of John Rose, Ryan Pollack and Jordan Buck led the refinancing. The deal follows JLL's May 2026 refinancing of Old Parkland West Campus. Crow Holdings plans a further 250,000-square-foot expansion across three buildings on the East campus, with construction expected to begin this fall and completion in early 2029, pending city approval.
