Haggard Farm Under Construction at Spring Creek Parkway in Plano
Stillwater Capital's 142-acre Haggard Farm mixed-use project is under construction at Spring Creek Parkway and Parkwood Boulevard in Plano.

Haggard Farm, a 142-acre mixed-use development by Stillwater Capital, is under construction at the southeast corner of Spring Creek Parkway and Parkwood Boulevard in Plano, one of the city's largest remaining undeveloped tracts. Full build-out calls for 700 multifamily units, 188 townhomes, a boutique hotel, and up to 600,000 square feet of office.
The $750 million project has more than $300 million under construction. The first phase includes a 180,000-square-foot retail village, the 350-unit The Bowen apartments, 188 townhomes, a 3-acre park, and hike-and-bike trails. The retail village is expected to open in fall 2027, with residential following in spring 2028.

WoodHouse is developing and operating two venues: Almanac, a farm-to-table restaurant, and Haggard Hall, a 17,500-square-foot mass-timber event barn seating more than 600. More than 50 percent of the retail village is committed. The historic Fox-Haggard House and barn will be restored and incorporated into the project.
Plano City Council approved zoning in December 2021, and a public improvement district was established in January 2023 to fund infrastructure. Site work began in 2023; the first phase broke ground December 11, 2025.
