The Terraces Hall Park Under Construction in Frisco

The Terraces Hall Park, a 10-story, 677,278 SF office building, is under construction at 2801 Network Blvd in Frisco. Hall Group is developing the project. The Beck Group is the design firm of record. Owner of record is Hall 2801 Network Associates, Ltd.

Estimated cost is $139,881,920, roughly $207 per square foot. The building stacks 206,358 SF of office space on levels 04 through 13 above an eight-level open parking podium with 1,345 spaces across 470,920 SF. The site covers 2.7 acres. The project registered with TDLR on February 2, 2026 under TABS2026011406, with a filed construction start of February 13, 2026.

Amenities include a bar and lounge, meeting space, private terraces on each floor, and an outdoor terrace overlooking Kaleidoscope Park. Completion is expected February 7, 2028.

The project anchors the next phase of HALL Park's $7 billion masterplan, which also includes a $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park adjacent to the site.
