Filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as DA12-1, the project carries an estimated cost of $542,809,034. Equinix Inc. is the developer, with design by Margulies Hoelzli Architecture.

Construction began February 19, 2026, with completion scheduled for October 12, 2027. The facility will include twenty generators, five generator pads, and dunnage platforms for heavy equipment.
