The two largest permits, each valued at $4,163,536, cover a Quad D Incident Command Center with an associated conference, restroom and IT room, and a Quad D space for a new Locker Room A with coaches areas, wet areas and a treatment room.
Three commercial general building permits add $271,458, $195,749 and $130,000 in declared value, and permit records also reference 2025 electrical permits. Records previously listed the project at 800 S Mint St before updating to 321 S Cedar St.
The permits name Panthers Stadium LLC as the owner. No architect or construction timeline has been identified in public records.
