Workbench, a mixed-use development, is under construction at 2422 E. 7th Street in East Austin. The four-story, 48,000 sq ft building is led by Lindgren Development with architecture by Dick Clark + Associates.
Features include outdoor patios and decks on each floor, custom-corrugated metal panels, and window overhangs for sun protection. A raised access flooring system is on the third floor, with a private patio on the fourth. It includes underground parking and EV charging stations.
Completion is slated for February 2026, emphasizing modern design and sustainability.
