Waterline, a mixed-use tower at 98 Red River Street, Austin, is under construction by Lincoln Property Company and Kairoi Residential, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox and HKS Inc. It will include 352 residential units, a 251-room hotel, and 74 floors spanning 2.6 million sq ft.

Standing 1,025 feet tall, Waterline will reshape Austin's skyline. Amenities include a 14th-floor ballroom, a 16th-floor rooftop pool, and a 7,000-sq-ft fitness center for office tenants.
