Updated filings show the building shifted from mixed-use to fully residential, unit count dropped from 158 to 146, and completion moved from August 2027 to December 31, 2027.
Amenities include a 75-foot resort-style pool with lap lane, poolside lounge and bar, fitness center, and a wellness spa with cold plunges, infrared and Halo+ red light therapy, saunas, and treatment rooms.
