Gabriel's Court, a 45,000-square-foot mixed-use property at 2905 San Gabriel St in Central Austin, has sold in its first ownership change since it was developed in 1986. The property sits on 1.75 acres.
Rob Gandy of The Town Lake Company bought the property from Dan Herd and Jim Holden of San Gabriel Ltd. The sale closed Oct. 30. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The property includes office, medical office and retail space. Tenants include Salon 202 and Musashino Sushi Dokoro.
The property was about 8 percent vacant at closing. Gandy plans cosmetic upgrades and a lease-up of the remaining space.
