The Lucille: 240 Units Under Construction in Fredericksburg

The Lucille, a 240-unit mixed-use residential development, is under construction at 1151 Friendship Lane in Fredericksburg. The three-story, 206,328-square-foot project by Parkspring Multifamily is the first formal tracking of the site with a confirmed address, unit count, and completion timeline.

Completion is set for December 31, 2028. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubroom, game room with golf simulator, co-working space, and BBQ area, plus covered parking, oversized detached garages, a fenced pet park, package room, and leasing clubhouse.

The site sits on Friendship Lane, a primary Fredericksburg corridor connecting to U.S. 290 and SH 16, with access to downtown and routes toward Austin and San Antonio.

Those are unrelated projects; The Lucille is a separate market-rate development in Fredericksburg.
