Verbena Flats, a 328-unit mixed-use development, is approved for 1017 West Slaughter Lane in South Austin. Developed by Verbena Flats LP and designed by Belshaw Mullholland Architects, the five-story project includes amenities such as a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, business center, dog park, pet spa, EV charging stations, and gated garage. It will be Austin Energy Green Building Certified. Completion is slated for May 31, 2026, with all units designated as affordable housing.
