Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story gave Verbena Flats an architect, five stories, an amenity list, a green building rating and a May 31, 2026 completion date taken from Augustine, a different Journeyman Group project. Verbena Flats is a 328-unit affordable rental project the city funded in April 2026 to be built.
